  2001– 2007: PhD in Municipal Engineering, Chongqing University, Chongqing, China.

  1998 – 2000: M.S. in Municipal Engineering, Chongqing University, Chongqing, China.

  1990 – 1994: B.E. in Environmental Engineering, Chongqing University, Chongqing, China.

 

Research Description

Xiaolan Zeng is associate professor and doctoral supervisor in Environmental Science and Engineering. She worked as a visiting scholar at department of Environmental Engineering and Science in University of Florida,USA from July 2009 to August 2010 and at department of Earth Environment Studies in Montclair State University, USA from January 2020 to Feb. 2021, respectively. Since 1994, she has been teaching at the department of Water Engineering and Science, College of Environment and Ecology in Chongqing University.  Her research interest covers theory and technology of high concentration organic wastewater treatment.  Since 2000, she has undertaken more than 50 research projects as principle investigator founded by Major National Special Projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology,Chongqing Basic Science and Frontier Technology Research Special General Project,China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, etc.. She has published over 80 peer-reviewed papers and authorized 10 pieces of patent.
